FormConnect Pro+ is our top of the line FormConnect app. It includes all of our SmartForm technology features for designing and filling out forms. It includes the ability to automate many functions while filling out the form, syncing your forms and data between your iPad, iPhone and Mac devices, and supports collaborating with multiple users when working on the same form. The FormConnect Pro+ app enables you to design your form once on the iPad, iPhone or Mac and deploy it to all three devices. One license can be used on all three platforms.

Form Designer:
